Joyce obtained her degree in Medical Assisting and quickly advanced after completing an internship program at Mount Sinai Hospital in Miami Beach. She later specialized in Oncology and has dedicated over thirteen years to this rewarding field. Growing up in the Dominican beauty salon culture, Joyce developed a deep passion for aesthetics at a young age. Influenced by her aunt — a beautician for over forty years — she always knew she wanted a career helping others look and feel their best. As a young adult, she discovered her calling in the medical field, seamlessly blending her love for beauty and science. This journey led her to the Florida Academy of Medical Aesthetics, where she earned her licensure as a professional Medical Aesthetician and Skincare Specialist.

Joyce has also completed advanced training and certifications in a variety of medical and aesthetic procedures from leading institutions across the region and beyond. She is passionate about teaching estheticians and healthcare professionals advanced skincare and aesthetic techniques. Currently, she is working toward her degree as a Registered Oncology Nurse and continues to serve patients at the internationally recognized Cleveland Clinic.
